Before you use PepSimple

PepSimple is a tracking and calculation tool. It does not provide medical advice or recommend substances, doses, or treatment plans.

Calculations depend on the amounts, units, and concentrations you enter. Verify your inputs and calculated results with a qualified healthcare professional before relying on them. An acknowledgment does not make a substance or dose safe.

Do not use PepSimple as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

PepSimple

Delete protocol?

This permanently removes the protocol and its future schedule. Logged dose history stays saved. To keep this protocol in Protocol History, choose Cancel and use Archive instead. This cannot be undone.

PepSimple

Reconstitution Calculator

Calculate using the amounts you enter. No peptide name is needed. This calculator does not recommend a dose.

U-100: 100 units = 1 mL. Syringe size changes capacity, not concentration. Results assume the final solution volume equals the diluent amount entered. Verify inputs and results before use.

Inventory: Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps with sample items named TEST BAC and TEST VIAL. The amounts are for checking app arithmetic, not dosing advice. Reading this guide does not change your stock.

  1. Add BAC water

    1. Open More → Inventory → BAC water → Add item.
    2. Choose BAC water bottle. Enter bottle name TEST BAC and full bottle size 30 mL.
    3. Set quantity 1 and status Unopened. An unopened bottle starts with its full amount.
    4. Leave optional fields blank and click Save item.

Check: TEST BAC shows 30 mL remaining.

For an already opened bottle, choose In use and enter its remaining water. Add opened bottles individually. Bottle size is the full capacity, separate from the water remaining.

  2. Add a peptide vial

Add item walks through four steps: choose item, preparation and amount, quantity and optional details, then review and save. Back keeps your entries; stock changes only after Add to inventory.

    1. Switch to Peptides → Add item.
    2. Choose Peptide powder vial, then pick a listed peptide or Other / Custom Peptide.
    3. For this test, choose Custom and name it TEST VIAL.
    4. Enter full strength 10 mg and quantity 1. Choose No — unopened powder; each bottle starts full automatically.
    5. Save the item. Add a bottle label, batch or dates under Optional if needed.

Check: TEST VIAL shows 10 mg remaining. Use Prepare next bottle to mix one bottle. View all bottles opens the separate bottle list.

Already mixed before you began tracking? Choose Yes — already mixed before tracking, then enter the original water amount and remaining mg per bottle. That sets the concentration without deducting BAC again. Do not then record the same mixing a second time. For pre-mixed liquid, use that item type and its labeled concentration instead.

  3. Record reconstitution

    1. Find TEST VIAL and choose Prepare next bottle, or open a bottle through View all bottles → Details & use → Reconstitute.
    2. Select TEST BAC, enter 2 mL, choose the date and optionally add a note such as Test mixing.
    3. Review the preview: 30 mL before, 2 mL used, 28 mL after. Click Save.

Check: BAC is 28 mL; the vial stays at 10 mg.

The item type remains powder; its bottle row shows Reconstituted/In use. Each physical bottle needs its own mixing entry. If you have several, check the bottle label. The standalone Reconstitution Calculator only calculates and does not deduct stock.

  4. Link inventory to a protocol

    1. Open Protocols → Create Custom Protocol.
    2. Under Peptide, find Inventory group (optional). Select the TEST VIAL inventory group here. The app uses its current mixed bottle.
    3. Its name, 10 mg vial and 2 mL water should fill automatically.
    4. Enter sample amount 1 mg with Per dose, choose Daily, Morning and start date today, then Save Protocol.

Check: stock is still 10 mg. Creating a schedule does not consume stock.

If linking is blocked, read the message underneath. If it says to reconstitute first, check Recorded activity for that exact bottle before recording more water. Do not deduct BAC twice.

  5. Log, edit and delete a test dose

    1. Open Today → TEST VIAL. Confirm actual amount 1 mg and the correct Inventory vial, then Log Dose.
    2. Check Inventory: 9 mg remaining; BAC stays 28 mL.
    3. In History → Dose History, edit that test log to 2 mg. Save: expect 8 mg remaining.
    4. Delete only that test dose entry from History and confirm. Expect the vial to return to 10 mg; BAC stays 28 mL.
    5. Refresh and confirm the amounts stay saved.

Editing the protocol affects future scheduled doses; it does not rewrite earlier logged amounts. Skipping uses no inventory. Unlinked logs do not deduct stock. Use manual Record use/waste for use not already logged in Today/History.

  6. Edit, remove and restore bottles

    1. Open View all bottles and use Edit or Delete beside the exact bottle.
    2. Unused, unlinked bottles can be permanently deleted after confirmation.
    3. Bottles with activity or links instead offer Remove bottle, preserving their history and balance.
    4. To restore: open Show → Removed bottles, expand the group and click Restore.
    5. Switch Show back to In stock. Confirm the restored amount and its Recorded activity are intact.

If Removed bottles is empty, check the Peptides/BAC water tab and clear Search. If the bottle still appears under All active stock, the removal has not completed. Removed stock is excluded from active totals and future use.

  7. Restock and switch bottles

    1. Choose + Add stock on the group. Review prefilled type, size/strength, amount and quantity before saving. New powder stock is unmixed.
    2. Use a bottle label you can match to the physical bottle. To choose a default, open its Details & use → Use this bottle.
    3. Currently using applies to already linked protocols in that group. For BAC water, it selects the default bottle during reconstitution.
    4. If the selected vial cannot cover a logged dose or was removed, choose a compatible bottle from the offered list, review it, then confirm Log Dose. After you confirm Log Dose, that bottle becomes Currently using for future logs in the group. Canceling does not switch bottles.

No compatible bottle? Reconstitute matching stock or correct the protocol preparation. Stock is not automatically combined across bottles.

  8. Dates, low stock and supply estimates

    1. Use Edit to add an optional lot/batch number, opening date, expiration date or your discard date. Mixing dates come from recorded reconstitution, or your entry for previously mixed stock.
    2. Expand a group → Low-stock notice. Enter an unopened-bottle threshold, such as 2, and save. Leave blank to turn off that custom notice.
    3. Search by name, label or lot, and use Show to filter. Status filters keep matching groups together; expand to inspect individual bottles.
    4. Link protocols to see a supply estimate based on upcoming saved schedules and total stock.

Dates and low-stock notices appear inside Inventory; they are not background notifications. PepSimple does not calculate safe-use periods. Supply estimates assume matching preparation and exclude unrecorded waste; they are not reorder guarantees. Wait for Saved to your account; retry a failed cloud save before switching devices.

The saved duration will restart from this date.

PepSimple

Help & Support

Find your way around PepSimple.

Create your first protocol

Open Protocols and select “Want to make your own?” beneath the category cards. Pick your peptide, or choose Other / Custom and enter its name. Enter preparation details, dose, schedule, start date and duration, then Save Protocol.

For a pre-mixed liquid, choose that preparation and enter its labeled concentration. For powder, enter the vial amount in mg and water in mL.

Schedules and Today

Daily appears every day from the start date. Weekly repeats every seven days. Specific days uses your selected weekdays. Every Other Day, Every 3 Days, Every 5 Days and Custom interval count calendar days from the start date. For multiple doses on each scheduled day, use Add dose time. The entered dose is per dose, and each time is logged separately.

If a protocol is missing from Today, check its start/end dates, schedule and whether it is archived. Calendar lets you inspect other dates.

Log and edit a dose

Tap a dose on Today to open Log Dose. Check the actual dose and unit, time and optional dose note, then confirm. The protocol note remains visible for reference.

Use History → Dose History → Edit to change the saved peptide, dose/unit, date, status, time or notes. Changes update History, Today and Calendar. Editing a logged entry does not change your protocol’s scheduled dose.

A skipped entry is not counted as completed. Changing the peptide can detach the record from its original protocol; draw units require matching preparation details.

Delete a dose, archive or delete a protocol?

Delete in Dose History removes one logged entry. Its protocol stays saved and may still appear as Scheduled in Calendar.

Archive Protocol stops future scheduling and keeps the protocol in Protocol History, along with logged doses.

Delete Protocol permanently removes the protocol rather than archiving it. Previously logged dose entries remain.

Restore an archived or ended protocol

Open History → Protocol History, choose the protocol and select Restore Protocol. Choose today or a future start date. PepSimple creates a new active cycle with the saved settings and restarts its duration. The previous cycle and dose history remain in History.

Inventory and BAC water

When you pick a peptide during protocol setup, PepSimple checks matching active inventory. If no prepared bottle is available, it asks “No prepared vial found. Reconstitute one now?” Choose Reconstitute now or Not now. With multiple matching groups, choose the correct strength first. You can also select an inventory group and use Reconstitute vial here. Choose one bottle and the BAC source, enter water actually added, then save to return to setup. Your other entries stay in place. Mixing is recorded immediately; saving or canceling the protocol afterward does not undo that real inventory event.

Log Dose also offers inline mixing for unmixed stock in the linked group. The resulting concentration must match the saved protocol. Mixing does not log a dose: review and confirm Log Dose separately.

Open More → Inventory to add peptide powder, pre-mixed liquids or BAC water. Each vial is tracked separately. Link an inventory group from the protocol editor; linking alone does not consume stock. The current mixed bottle supplies logged doses. Confirm a compatible next bottle when it runs out; individual bottle history stays available. Log actual doses from Today to deduct them, then edit or delete those entries in History to correct balances.

Record reconstitution from a powder vial’s Details to deduct BAC water once. For a vial mixed before you started tracking, enter its original water amount while adding it; this sets concentration without subtracting BAC water again. Manual Record use is for use outside dose logging and waste. Do not record the same use twice.

Low stock means 20% or less of the opening amount remains. Doses-left estimates use a single linked protocol. Keep inventory records for empty vials; a vial with activity cannot be deleted. Cloud save failures show a retry option in Inventory.

mL doses and split amounts

For custom protocols, select pre-mixed liquid and enter the concentration from your vial label. Choose mL to enter a volume. A regular syringe shows mL; U-100 syringes also show U-100 units. These markings are different.

Amount per dose applies to each selected time. Total per scheduled day divides your entered amount equally across the times on each scheduled day. Total per week divides your entered amount across the selected weekdays and dose times. For example, a user-entered 1 mL weekly total on two weekdays with one time each schedules 0.5 mL per dose. The start date can make the first week partial; missed doses are not redistributed.

Dose stages

Expand Dose stages in Create or Edit Protocol. With Duration selected, choose days or weeks for each stage and enter its length. Add later stage amounts and durations. Choose Until cycle ends for the final stage to use the protocol end date, or continue indefinitely when no end date is set. Restarting an archived protocol creates a new cycle and shifts its stage dates; previous logs stay unchanged. Only the final stage can continue until the cycle ends. PepSimple calculates consecutive date ranges from the protocol start; one week is seven calendar days, including nonscheduled days. The existing dosing days and times still apply. A final timed stage ends the plan after its duration; an earlier protocol end date still applies.

Stages share the protocol unit and amount basis (each dose, total per scheduled day, or total per week). Review the calculated amount per dose and draw before saving. Specific start dates remains available for plans that need it, including older saved stages. Today, Calendar and Log Dose use the stage for that date. Logged entries and vial snapshots retain their original values. PepSimple does not recommend amounts or increases.

Notes and calculated units

Protocol notes apply to the protocol and appear on its cards and in Log Dose. Dose notes describe one logged entry. Newly logged entries retain a copy of the protocol note.

U-100 units measure volume: 100 units equals 1 mL. Verify dose units (mg or mcg), vial amount, water and liquid concentration. Changing syringe capacity changes available volume, not concentration. Calculations do not recommend a dose.

Accounts, settings and saved data

Sign in with the same account to load its cloud data. Different accounts have separate records. Use More → Account & Profile to check which account is signed in. Settings apply defaults to new protocols; existing protocols retain their values.

If loading or saving reports an error, check your connection and retry. Avoid editing the same account on multiple devices at once. Keep the app open briefly after saving before switching devices.

Password reset and expired email links

Use Forgot password? on Sign In to request a reset email. Open the newest link and enter your new password twice. If a link has expired or was already used, request a fresh verification or password-reset link on the recovery screen. Check Spam or Junk. Never share a password or email sign-in link.

Inventory, BAC water and stock estimates

While creating a protocol, choose Add inventory here to use the same inventory wizard without leaving your setup. Matching saved stock links automatically; existing protocol entries are preserved. Cancel makes no stock changes. Saved stock remains in Inventory even if you later cancel the protocol. Reconstitute vial here prepares new powder stock using the BAC bottle you confirm.

The Inventory overview includes all active stock across both tabs, independent of search and filters. Expand Stock at a glance for per-group totals. Removed bottles are excluded; attention dates come from your entries.

Open More → Inventory. Matching bottles are grouped. Manage the current bottle from its group card; use View all bottles for individual labels, lot numbers and actions. Full BAC bottle size is separate from remaining water. Link an inventory group to a protocol to deduct actual logged amounts. Editing or deleting a linked log adjusts its balance. Record BAC use through Reconstitute; the standalone calculator does not consume stock.

Currently using sets the default bottle for already linked protocols. If stock cannot cover a dose, choose a compatible bottle and confirm logging. Low-stock thresholds and optional date highlights are in-app notices. Supply estimates use saved schedules and total stock, assume matching preparation and exclude unrecorded waste. On iPhone, enable notifications in More → Reminders. Up to 60 upcoming alerts are scheduled on this device and refreshed when you open the app. Changes made on another device apply here after this app syncs.Push reminders can appear even when PepSimple is closed.
