Terms of Service
Effective November 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of PepSimple and PepSimple Ultra (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate account information, and activities under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
What PepSimple provides
PepSimple is a personal organization and recordkeeping tool for user-entered protocols, schedules, and history. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or verification of any substance or protocol. Calculators and other tools, where offered, are informational only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for the information you enter and decisions you make.
Plans, trials, and payments
Available features depend on your plan. PepSimple Ultra may offer eligible new users a seven-day trial without a payment card; trial access ends unless you choose a paid plan. Current subscription prices, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval unless canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record for Ultra purchases and handles payment processing. Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle's applicable checkout terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future renewals through the Manage Billing option when available or by contacting support@pepsimple.com. Cancellation normally leaves paid access active until the end of the billing period, subject to applicable law. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable terms, and consumer-protection laws. We do not offer a separate voluntary money-back guarantee.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems except where permitted by law, or upload content that infringes others' rights. We may restrict access to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law.
Your information and privacy
You retain responsibility for information you enter. We may store and process account and Service data to provide its features as described in our Privacy Policy. You should keep your own copies of information important to you. Availability of export or read-only access may vary by plan and account status.
Service changes and availability
We may update features, correct errors, maintain systems, or change the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice.
Intellectual property
PepSimple's name, branding, software, and site content are owned by their respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the Service under these terms; no ownership rights transfer to you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for health decisions made using user-entered information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Termination and updates
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. We may revise these terms and will post an updated effective date; where legally required, we will provide additional notice.
